Terms of Use

Tune Mate is a playlist creation tool for Spotify users. By using Tune Mate, you agree to connect your own Spotify account and use generated playlists responsibly.

Spotify connection

Spotify content, playlists, and account data are provided by Spotify. Tune Mate does not own Spotify music content and cannot guarantee listening availability, catalog availability, or Spotify account permissions.

Generated playlists

Tune Mate creates review drafts first. A playlist is saved to Spotify only when you choose Create in Spotify. You are responsible for reviewing tracks before saving.

Playback boundary

Tune Mate is not a substitute for the Spotify player. Tune Mate helps create and edit playlists, then opens Spotify or a Spotify-controlled embed for listening.

User data controls

You can disconnect Spotify and delete Tune Mate app data from Profile. Deleting Tune Mate data does not remove playlists already saved in your Spotify account.

Service changes

Tune Mate may change features, playlist logic, or data storage as the MVP improves.
