Privacy Policy

Tune Mate connects to Spotify only after you approve access. We use Spotify profile, library, saved tracks, recent listening, top artist, and playlist data to create personalized playlist drafts and save playlists when you choose Create in Spotify.

Data we store

Tune Mate stores generated playlist drafts, saved playlist links, and app behavior signals such as keep, remove, regenerate, reorder, and save actions. These signals help improve future recommendations.

Location, time, and weather context

The MVP uses selected place presets and local time to shape playlist prompts. Tune Mate does not collect GPS location or background location data in this version.

Data we do not store

Tune Mate does not store your Spotify password. Spotify login and permissions are handled by Spotify OAuth. Tune Mate does not download or cache Spotify audio files.

Deleting access

You can disconnect Spotify from Tune Mate Profile and remove Tune Mate access from your Spotify account settings at any time.

Deleting Tune Mate data

From Profile, you can delete Tune Mate drafts, saved playlist links, memory, and analytics for the connected Spotify profile. This does not delete playlists that were already created in Spotify.
